From 1st August we plan to be able to offer house calls and working inside your premises again.
While the risk of Covid-19 has reduced it has not gone away so precautions including sanitizing our hands before and after each job and wearing a face mask and face shield will be normal for the next few months. Please wear a face covering yourself and open a window in the room we will be working in. Social distancing should be observed as much as possible.
We have a very high workload due to the lockdown and it will remain much quicker and safer if you are able to drop your computer off for repair rather than wait until we have time to schedule in a callout.
Callouts should ideally be prioritised for when the repair can only be done on your premises.
